Rib City - Plantation: The Ultimate BBQ Experience Awaits!

The waitresses are very pretty and they provide excellent service! The baby backs were perfect and the house barbecue sauce is awesome. Very good garlic toast and the baked beans are tops.

I had to wait about 23 minutes for my online order. I was pretty pissy about it but the only reason why I didnt leave mad is because of how the hostess took care of me tonight. I know the kitchen wasn’t her fault, but she communicated and gave me updates. I appreciated that and left content. She offered to bring it to my car. Such a sweet caring hostess! Service is great but kitchen has to get better. Give her my kudos! Food was still good.

My husband and I are down from Pasco county for work and decided to grab some BBQ. I will say, this is the best BBQ and sides we've had in a long time. I don't care for Ribs much but I absolutely loved the baby back ribs. The green beans, Mac and cheese, and bake beans were so flavorful, I wish it would have came with more. Out of the sauces, the vinegar sauce was my favorite. Julia, our server, was by far the best part of coming here. It's been so long since we've had such good service. She was very attentive and friendly. She didn't seem to get annoyed when we asked questions. Instead, she was so enthusiastic when she answered. Overall, 5 stars all around. We highly recommend and we will be back.

My son and I called in a order for pick up. When we arrived at the time that our order was supposed to be ready the hostess told us it was going to be ten more minutes because she lost our ticket. She was polite, but they didn’t do anything to compensate us for the wait. The food quality was as good, but not great. The ribs were a little over cooked and the brisket wasn’t that tender or flavorful. Portion sizes were a little small for what we paid. It wasn’t terrible, just a bit disappointing. Maybe it just wasn’t their best night. I’ll probably give them another chance sometime. Did you receive a friendly greeting? Do I recommend then to others?

Just bought ribs on this run. They were delicious, great smoky flavor and moist meat. It was a take-out order, so I didn't sit in and enjoy the service. We had to go back in for wet wipe napkins and utensils. Since it was y first time ordering just ribs, I'm not sure if that's normal. They were always polite and cheerful.
